Prosecco Gold
Prosecco is an aromatic grape variety which gives origin to a kind of wine expressing happiness and poetry.
PROSECCO GOLD is a DOC Prosecco obtained through a very careful selection of grapes coming from the very well exposed vineyards of Col San Martin (15 km from Conegliano). This hill is characterized by a high concentration of minerals in the soil and by a significant difference in temperature between day and night. The combination of these two factors gives to the grapes and to the wine a particularly fruity bouquet.
Gathered during a slightly early harvest, the bunches of Prosecco are vinified using a Vaslin system. The wine then benefits from a process of direct fermentation from ‘must’ into sparkling wine. Its structure allows it to be consumed for several occasions, from the simple but smart aperitif to the exotic cocktails, from nice light summery meals to the gastronomic ones and finally where it fits best the celebration...
The bottle is golden because to underline that this wine is precious and is ideal for parties, celebrations and for gifts but also to protect the wine itself from the light. Thanks to this, Prosecco will maintain unchanged in its characteristics for minimum 12-15 months.
Prosecco Gold is sold in a velvet black bag to protect the bottle and to make a nicer and more complete gift.
